How to Design Name Tag/Card for Student's Notebook in MS Word DIY School Diary Office In this video i am going to design a student's name tag template in microsoft word with their name photo or artwork subject teacher name and class name you can use this to print and paste it.

On the cover page of your notebooks of different subjects this six minutes video will help you to learn something exciting to give your notebooks a special look.

Let's start the design go to the layout menu on the top click the size button and go to the more paper sizes on the page setup dialog box set the.

Page width to 3.38 inches and height 2.31 inches then go to the margins tab and set all the page margins to zero .

First of all we will design the top part of the student's name tag to do this go to the insert menu click the shapes button and insert a rectangle shape on the top.

Right click the shape and click the edit shapes menu option this will change the corners of the rectangle to editable points select the bottom left corner and move.

    press the ctrl key and drag to duplicate the text shape we are going to use this new text shape to write the campus name.
